Preschool Lead Teacher (Head Start)

Plan and implement age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children

Monitor and document children's developmental progress and milestones

Supervise children during classroom activities, meals, and outdoor play

Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support a positive learning community

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked classroom environment

At Least 12 units in Early Childhood Education

Valid California Child Development Permit (Teacher level or higher) preferred

Prior experience working with preschool or early childhood-aged children

Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for teaching

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and staff
