As a Corporate Recruiter for TQL, you oversee finding top talent for all non-sales departments across the organization. You will own the entire candidate search process while managing the needs of your dedicated hiring managers. 45,000-$55,000 per year base salary + $20,000 annual bonus target

Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates' initial onboarding experience is seamless
Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
Fluent in Spanish and English
0-3 years of successful full cycle recruiting experience
