Mains’l Services is seeking a Customer Service Specialist (Front Desk Associate) to be the welcoming face of our organization. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and provides excellent customer service to all who interact with our company—ensuring that every interaction reflects the Mains’l Mission, Vision, and Values.

Customer Service:
Support current employees with questions about online training
Maintain office equipment and supplies
Follow office procedures for opening/closing, cleaning, and visitor protocols
Clerical Support
Perform data entry tasks
order food, prepare rooms, make coffee)
Maintain and update agency phone and mailing lists
Scan, copy, laminate, print, index, and distribute documents as needed for internal and external stakeholders
Work Structure: 8:00am- 4:30pm Monday to Friday in office
Previous Customer Service or Administrative Experience Preferred
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Comfortable using office equipment such as postage machines, copiers, fax machines, and scanners
Paid (on-the-job) training
