Understand and analyze the fault data output from AOI and act accordingly for rework, using appropriate Jabil software packages.Understand and utilize assembly documentation such as Bills of Material (BOMs), visual aids, deviations, testing tools and procedures.Take the annual Automated Optical Inspection re-certification of operator and pass the subsequent test, in addition to manufacturing certifications.D. time ticket software.Understand, recognize and execute Jabil production requirements, rules, policies and procedures.Work as a team member to achieve Test/Manufacturing department's process yield goals.Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.High school diploma or equivalent required; and one or more years experience in manufacturing environment.Language skills: Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook as well as training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.The employee is frequently required to walk, and to lift and carry PC's and test equipment weighing up to 35 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and use of computer monitor screens a great deal of time.Individual's primary workstation is located on the manufacturing floor.
