Head of Operations & Business Management

Overview A year ago, Raad was an idea hatched by the beach in Miami. Today, it's a movement, mobilizing thousands of drone pilots to monitor the critical infrastructure people and businesses rely on. We are orchestrating hundreds of flights per month, inspecting GWs of solar, hundreds of miles of transmission & distribution lines, and whole neighborhoods of commercial properties. Now it's time to scale 100x—our goal is 5,000 flights per month by next year. If you join us, it'll be the hardest you've ever worked in your life, but also the most rewarding tenure of your career.
Responsibilities Own and captain the mission operations center.
Qualifications Proven track record of scaling operations in high-growth environments.
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
Experience managing complex logistics or field operations.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Excellence in process design and operational efficiency.
Data-driven decision making and analytical mindset.
Outstanding problem-solving and crisis management skills.
