ADVANCED PRACTICE NURSE - WEEKEND ONLY

Come join us in serving with purpose, building lasting relationships and a rewarding career.Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and skilled nursing procedures.Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.Supervise and direct nursing assistants and medication aides during the assigned shift in accordance with facility policies and regulations, as applicable.Monitor and observe residents' physical and emotional status; notify the attending physician and responsible party of any change in condition.Develop, implement, and review individualized resident care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation per facility policy and procedure.Coordinate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges according to established procedures.Participate in quality assurance activities, staff education, and regulatory surveys as needed.Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or designee.Current, active RN license in the state of practice.Minimum one (1) year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience, preferred.Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role, preferred.Knowledge of Federal and State long-term care regulations.Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Medical, Dental and Vision – Voluntary Life/Disability401(K) and Roth 401(K)Shift Differentials and Weekend Enhanced Hourly RatesTuition Forgiveness/Education ReimbursementUniform Allowance (Seventy-Five Dollars) for first-time newly hired stakeholders and continuous allotmentPay Advance and Next Day Pay!Paid Time Off (PTO)Reward & Recognition Program (HEART)VitalLinksSignature Inspire Foundation – providing a safety net for our stakeholdersAt Signature HealthCARE, our team members are permitted – no, encouraged – to employ their talents and abilities to solve problems.
