Head of Programme Management

Leading the evolution of strategic programs, the fully remote Contract Program Manager will manage the advancement of four AI-enabled initiatives focused on operator profitability, pricing optimization, site scoring, and sentiment analytics, driving measurable improvements across a network of approximately 4,000 locations.
Key responsibilities
Lead the advancement of four strategic programs through defined maturity stages by achieving established performance metrics and program milestones
Design, develop, and implement AI/ML-driven analytics solutions to support business decision-making and enhance operational capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align business objectives and deliver measurable program results while monitoring key performance indicators
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in program or project management, particularly with data, analytics, or AI-enabled initiatives
Demonstrated fluency with AI tools applied to analytical work products
Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills, especially with field/operations teams
Familiarity with a modern data/BI stack (e.g., Snowflake) and a CRM (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred
