This role is responsible for shaping the market presence and commercial success of our innovative data center products. The Product Marketing Manager will define and develop product solutions, create powerful sales enablement tools, support marketing and channel development plans, and drive the successful closure of near-term opportunities.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead collaboration between product, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to enhance launch effectiveness, build thought leadership, and increase customer awareness.

Design and direct strategic programs to gain market share in target segments and channels.

Articulate and communicate compelling value propositions through market research, competitive analysis (battle cards), and the development of sales enablement tools for internal and external stakeholders.

Performance Analytics: Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) including program effectiveness, time-to-market, customer adoption rates, and revenue targets.

Support Product Line Managers in conducting Voice of the Customer (VoC) research through customer visits, industry association involvement, and competitive analysis to inform product and marketing strategy.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a BS with an MBA or equivalent business experience is preferred. 3+ years of successful product management experience, including involvement with strategic planning, product road mapping, and an understanding of P&L management. Direct experience and knowledge of data center markets and thermal management is highly preferred.

Strong business acumen with an ability to balance strategic priorities with tactical execution and manage both short-term and long-term objectives. Proficiency in a consultative selling approach and the ability to identify latent customer and market needs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in interacting at all levels within customer and internal organizations. Highly effective time management and organizational skills.
