Head of Infrastructure Design

We are seeking an Infrastructure Manager to lead a team responsible for an infrastructure, devops, and automation team. ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team up to 10Conduct performance reviews, coaching, career development planning, and succession planning.Provide technical leadership for devops and infrastructure initiatives.Help establish standards for service management, production support, and operational governance.Participate in modernization initiatives involving cloud technologies, automation, and platform enhancements.Desired BackgroundExperience leading DevOps, Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability, or IT Operations teams.Experience supporting cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and service management processes.Ability to work a Hybrid work schedule.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Harrisburg, PA.available for this temporary role may include the following:
