HR Generalist - Employee Relations & Recruiting
Avolta
Avolta is seeking a Junior HR Specialist to support the People & Culture team at Charleston International Airport, including our retail and food locations. This onsite role covers recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits and employee relations, with emphasis on compliance with labor laws and company policies.
The position is ideal for someone eager to grow in HR experience within a dynamic airport environment and deliver hands-on support to hourly team members.
