Location: Atlanta, GA — Full time, in office at our main office in Vinings, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Note: Must have 2+ years of law firm experience specifically handling adult guardianship and conservatorship matters in Georgia. Experience with probate and estate planning is a strong plus.

Prepare and file petitions for adult guardianship and conservatorship in Georgia probate courts, particularly throughout metro Atlanta.
Manage case timelines, court deadlines, filings, correspondence, and required documentation.
Coordinate and track service of process, court hearings, evaluations, and other court requirements.
Prepare and file probate petitions and related documents.
Assist with drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
Monitor deadlines and proactively identify time sensitive or urgent issues.
Support attorneys throughout the lifecycle of guardianship, conservatorship, probate, and estate planning matters.
2+ years of law firm experience handling adult guardianship and conservatorship matters.

• Probate and estate planning experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office Suite; Do work that genuinely helps families during some of their most difficult moments.
