You will have primary responsibility for managing and implementing operational upgrades while maximizing all aspects of people, process and performance to achieve service excellence. You will accomplish all of these goals by:Championing/modeling Ulta Beauty's mission, vision and valuesInfluencing accountability to plan, execute and achieve objectives that align with company strategy for growth and profitIdentifying patterns and anticipating business needs that will drive performanceDelivering efficient and effective solutions that meet the constraints of time, cost and scopeIdentifying strategic trade-offs between store labor, inventory availability and upstream expensesMeasuring the effect of process changes and accurately quantifying the impactCollaborating cross-functionally to launch new initiatives and track/analyze performanceRaising awareness of process change impacts throughout the enterpriseFacilitating proactive change management to all levels of the organization impacted by project rolloutsInfluencing key stakeholders to achieve results in an autonomous mannerDetermines the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow and recommending methods for maximum asset/people utilizationRecommending methods for improving associate efficiency and reducing waste of time and effort (e.g., restructuring job duties, reorganizing workflow, job setup and related)Participating in training and testing for new systems and processes as part of implementation planLeading/executing best practices to promote associate engagement and enablementPartnering with leadership to build culture action plans that best align to our people strategies and business initiativesIdentifying ways to build/implement talent capabilities at all levels while identifying opportunities for training and developmentPlanning and driving operational non-exempt staffing needsLeading building-wide performance management plans in partnership with leadership teamParticipating in talent calibration, culture survey action planning, goal setting and rollout, performance review consultation, and IDP creation/executionThe essentials for success:The ability to lead cross-functional teams with diverse goals and responsibilitiesDemonstrated skill in driving initiatives related to teams, projects and qualityExcellent analytical and organizational skills, to include trouble-shooting, prioritizing and multi-taskingThe ability to quickly learn business processes outside one's area of expertiseNimbleness, with the innovation to apply process improvement initiativesStrong computer skills (specifically, MS Office, WMS Application)A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not requiredEssential functions:Work rotational, 24/7 on-call to support the operation at all hoursWork a flexible, full-time schedule, to include days, evenings, weekends and holidaysTravel, including overnight staysStand or sit for long periods of timeAccept exposure to distribution center conditions, which may include loud noises, variable temperatures, a dusty environment and strong scents related to cosmetics or fragranceVisit stores to develop an understanding of the store experience and collaborate with field partnersThe pay range for this position is $78,000.00 - $86,400.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
