Job Overview Leads and oversees all Human Resources functions for U.S. plant operations, ensuring operational HR excellence, workforce stability, and legal compliance, while acting as a strategic business partner to plant leadership.

essential Function: HR Operations Leadership Lead end-to-end HR service delivery across assigned U.S. plant(s)

Ensure execution excellence in workforce administration, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR systems accuracy

Standardize HR processes aligned with NA and Corporate HR

Strategic Business Partnership Partner with plant leadership on workforce strategies

Employee Relations & Performance Management Manage investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions

Oversee performance management processes

Ensure policy consistency and risk mitigation

Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with U.Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Partner with NA Talent Acquisition for hiring strategies

Team Leadership Manage HR Business Partner and HR Coordinator

Develop team capabilities and performance

Continuous Improvement Drive HR process improvements and support operational efficiency

Education Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required

HR certification preferred

Experience 7–10+ years HR experience

3–5+ years in manufacturing HR leadership

HRIS experience

Data analytics and reporting

Fast-paced with shop floor presence

Infrequent travel required
