We're looking for a Recruiter who is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities across our growing family of brands.

You\'ll serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers, help shape our employer brand, create outstanding candidate experiences, and build talent pipelines that support our long-term growth. You\'ll recruit for a wide range of roles across the organization, from operations and manufacturing to sales, marketing, finance, technology, and leadership positions.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating feedback, and managing offers.

Proactively identify and engage top talent through networking, referrals, social media, industry connections, and creative sourcing strategies.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Support recruiting events, career fairs, networking opportunities, and community outreach initiatives.

Help identify candidates who align with our values, culture, and performance expectations.

Contribute to strengthening Sugar Mountain\'s employer brand across all candidate touchpoints.

Stay informed on recruiting trends, labor market conditions, and talent acquisition best practices.

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, and other creative channels.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect authentically with people at all levels.

Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.

Resourceful, curious, and creative in finding and attracting great talent.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly.

The starting salary range for this position is between $75,000 to $85,000 per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
