We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for professional, technical, and office-based positions across the organization. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand current and future workforce needs, develop strategic sourcing plans, and deliver a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about connecting talent with opportunity. Moderate regional travel will be necessary.

Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer support, and post-offer employment checks.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, qualifications, and hiring timelines
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
Create and post compelling job advertisements that reflect role requirements and the employer brand
Screen resumes and conducts phone or virtual interviews
Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring teams
Provide ongoing communication and updates for hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
Research, develop, and implement pre-hire assessments as needed
Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATD) to manage candidates and maintain accurate documentation.
Ensure recruiting practices comply with employment laws and company policies.

High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
• Experience recruiting in a mechanical or technical environment is a plus
• Experience using an applicant tracking system preferred
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ability to shift priorities and stay organized in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based recruiting tools
