Professional Therapy Partners is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This Physical Therapist role is a strong fit for a clinician who wants autonomy, clinical growth, sustainable caseloads, and a patient-first outpatient setting. You will evaluate and treat patients in a clinic focused on quality care, functional outcomes, and long-term recovery.
Our Santa Fe outpatient clinic gives PTs the support of an experienced team without heavy corporate layers. You will have the freedom to use your clinical judgment, build strong patient relationships, and develop your own treatment style within an established clinic environment.

Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting.
Progress patients safely through exercise, manual therapy, therapeutic activity, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training.
Document patient evaluations, progress notes, daily visits, and discharge summaries clearly and on time.
Support clinic growth through strong patient relationships, quality outcomes, and a positive patient experience.
Participate in team communication, clinical development, and process improvement as needed.
Strong manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation knowledge.
Ability to build trust with patients and create a positive therapy experience.
Good time management and organization during a full clinic schedule.
Comfortable documenting in an EMR system.
Patient-first mindset focused on quality care, outcomes, and consistency.
Active New Mexico Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
Doctor of Physical Therapy degree preferred.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
New graduates with strong clinical rotations in outpatient orthopedics are encouraged to apply.
