Head of Project Management

Job TitleDeliver projects utilizing the appropriate delivery model for customer projects based on proven implementation methodologies and execution within the scope of the engagement. Ensure timely completion of the deliverables for each milestone and ensure that any exceptions are reported to the project PMO and steering committee. Experience in managing projects/programs with multi-vendor teams with teams operating across the globe. Experience in managing and communicating with internal & external stakeholders. Maintain and control timesheets of external vendors and internal core team to create an adequate basis for approving vendor invoices and for cost capitalization. Regular follow up with teams for a weekly update of progress and publish regular status reports as per the project communication plan organize for project meetings and ensure preparation of minutes of the meetings.Key Skills: SAP S/4 HANA Implementation, Leading SAP Team in greenfield/brownfield implementationRequired Experience:10+ years of SAP project management experience in large scale strategic projectsDetailed knowledge on SAP Basis platform support covering installations, Upgrades, patches, DB monitoring, DR and performance optimizationHands on experience in SAP Basis managing landscape with multiple SAP environments and applicationsExperience of leading SAP S4 HANA implementations preferable, but not mandatoryExperience in managing medium to large size teams
