Culinary Position - Line and Prep Cooks
Basking Ridge Country Club
Basking Ridge Country Club is seeking a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced kitchen environment and takes pride in delivering high‑quality food and service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
Ensure food is prepared in a timely and consistent manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with prep work and support other kitchen team members as needed
Qualifications
Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organization
Dependable with a positive, team‑oriented attitude
