Store Merchandiser/ Cashier

Merchandiser
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Greet customers on the sales floor, assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to parts specialist if hard parts are needed.

Check in, price, and put up stock.

Keep merchandise on display floor fronted, full, and clean on a daily basis.

Ensure all sale signs are in place, sales flyer rack is stocked, and maintain sufficient quantities of sale merchandise on display.

Remove all sale material when sale ends and restore original pricing.

Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.

Work with manager to complete store To Do List and Team Weekly tasks.

Act as main shoplifting deterrent/front floor security.

Clock in/out according to company policy.

Cashier Responsibilities

Check out customers purchasing front floor merchandise in a quick and friendly manner.

Handle merchandise returns from customers in a friendly and efficient manner.

When express lane is not being utilized and the counter is busy, assist customers by finishing tickets, taking money, checks, and credit cards.

Previous cashier and/or stocking experience.

Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Stock purchase plan & 401k with employer contributions starting day one.
