Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Full Time Evening (LPN/LVN #)

LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse (Full-time Evening Shift) – Cherrelyn Healthcare Center

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.

Monitor and assess resident conditions and report changes to the RN or physician.

Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and services provided.

Respond to resident needs and call lights with compassion and urgency.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care.

Current LPN license in good standing.

Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations.

Can-do attitude with a commitment to exceptional resident care.

29.50–$37.37 per hour, commensurate with experience.
