Summary: The Human Resources Supervisor assists with various functions in support of the companies’ hiring needs. Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including but not limited to staffing, recruitment, training, and compliance.

Answer telephones and direct inquires in a professional and client centric manner

• Assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and employee relations documents, including but not limited to proposed disciplinary notices.
• Assist with events, projects and coordinates employee appreciation activities
• Files documents into appropriate employee files
• Monitors compliance with I-9 and Human Resources policies, practices and procedures
• Maintains company bulletin boards to ensure compliance with federal, state and local posting requirements
• Makes photocopies, scans documents and performs other clerical functions
• Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by HR Director and Vice President
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
