A well-established midsize law firm on Long Island is interested in adding an experienced Corporate Attorney to its growing transactional practice.

The Corporate team advises public and private companies, entrepreneurs, investors, lenders, and other business clients across a broad range of transactional and general corporate matters, including:

Debt and equity financings

Private placements and investment transactions

Commercial agreements

Joint ventures and strategic transactions

General corporate counseling

The group works closely with clients throughout the lifecycle of their businesses and provides attorneys with meaningful opportunities to take ownership of matters and develop direct client relationships.

Hybrid schedule – 3 days in office / 2 remote

Sophisticated corporate work without the size and structure of a traditional BigLaw platform

Corporate attorney with sophisticated law firm transactional experience

Experience with M&A, financings, securities, private equity, or general corporate matters

Strong drafting and negotiation skillsComfortable working directly with clients and senior attorneys

Excellent academic credentials and communication skills
