Head of Project Management (Construction)

Construction Project Manager Manage construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout.

Lead project planning, coordination, and execution activities.

Conduct and lead pre-construction meetings with project stakeholders.

Develop project management plans and execution strategies.

Coordinate project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.

Manage subcontractors, vendors, and project personnel.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and stakeholders.

Monitor project progress and resolve issues impacting schedule or budget.

Utilize construction management software and project tracking tools.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and quality standards.

Collaborate with Superintendents, Project Engineers, and field teams.

Review project documentation, reports, and change orders.

Mentor and support project team members.

Maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Drive project completion within established timelines and budgets.

Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.

Experience with multifamily, senior housing, hospitality, or similar commercial construction projects.

Previous experience as a Project Engineer, Superintendent, or Project Manager.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience using construction management and estimating software.

Knowledge of project scheduling and construction administration.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities.

Additional post‑secondary education, trade school, apprenticeship, or construction‑related training preferred.
