Salary Range: $20.00 To $23.75 Hourly

Title: Residential Counselor - MAP

Schedule: 16 hours Sun/Mon 8a-4p

Purpose-Driven Work: Make a direct impact on residents’ growth and independence.

Training & Development: Gain skills in mental health support, MAP certification, and more.

Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Administer/supervise medications per MAP guidelines and document care.

Transport residents to appointments and community activities.

Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies.

High school diploma/GED; mental health experience preferred.

Candidates without current certification must be willing to complete employer-provided training and successfully obtain certification within 3 months.

Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency.

Bonus: Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese).
