Supply Chain / Procurement / Buyer / Purchaser

As a Strategic Buyer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the efficiency and sustainability of our procurement processes for Commodity Hydraulics. Your expertise and strategic insight are crucial to the success of our organisation.
Main Tasks: Coordinating the Commodity Team.
Define, roll out and monitor the commodity strategy.
Managing the supplier portfolio and dealing with critical suppliers.
Participate in meetings and global negotiations with key suppliers.
Stimulating and co-managing technical savings with engineering.
Participate in make-or-buy decisions.
Skills and Abilities: HBO working and thinking level, preferably in the field of purchasing management or supply chain management.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Flexible combination of both soft skills and a results-oriented approach.
Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented.
Able to motivate, inspire and guide the team towards achieving objectives.
