The salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000.
NOTE: This position will be either a Full-Time In-Office position or a Full-Time Remote position (M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm). The first week of employment will be in the office for training, then transition to either staying in the office or being fully remote. The Estimator role can be primarily remote, offering flexibility to work from anywhere. However, we prefer candidates based in Georgia for the rare occasions when in-person collaboration or office visits are needed. Local availability helps strengthen team connection and ensures smooth coordination when on-site presence is required.
We are seeking to hire an Experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator with prior experience bidding Data Center projects to join our Sales and Estimating team. Interact and communicate with clients in commercial, government, and industrial sector environments.
Perform on-site and virtual take-offs
Create Project handoff documents
Participate in Project Handoff and Project Budget process.
2+ Years of Experience in Construction as an Estimator or Project Manager is required.

• Prior experience bidding on data center projects is required

High School Diploma required, Bachelors in Construction Management or related field preferred
Familiar with Computer Takeoff Software (Planswift, Bluebeam, Edge, Stack, etc..)
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
