Cnc Operator

Chant Engineering designs, manufactures, and services custom testing machines and hydraulic test stands for industrial and military customers worldwide. We are a growing, innovative company committed to quality, integrity, and engineering excellence.

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for the full operation of our Okuma Horizontal Milling Center. The CNC Operator will collaborate with cross-functional departments and contribute to the smooth, efficient operation of our organization.

The ideal candidate is a positive, motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working on a variety of projects. Prior experience running Okuma equipment

Experience with basic G-code, Mastercam CAM, and SolidWorks (or similar software)

Each role offers visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to help shape the future of our company.

Accurately complete all quality control documentation and inspection sheets

Technical college training a plus; High School diploma or equivalent required

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Familiarity with Mastercam CAM and SolidWorks or similar programming software

Ability to lift up to 70 pounds without assistance
