We're looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at our fast-paced optical/eyewear distribution center in Denver.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll partner closely with operations to drive people strategy, ensure compliance, and foster a strong, engaged workplace culture in a logistics-driven environment.
As our HR leader on-site, you will:
Lead Talent & Workforce Planning

Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles
Drive Employee Relations & Culture

Manage employee relations with professionalism and integrity
Support performance improvement and conflict resolution
Ensure Compliance & Risk Management

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
Lead workplace investigations and maintain HR records
Manage FMLA, ADA, USERRA, and other leave programs
Lead Performance & Development

Drive performance review processes
Implement training programs to support growth
Use Data to Drive Decisions

Track HR metrics (turnover, engagement, absenteeism)
Champion Safety & Operations

Partner with temporary staffing agencies
Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)

• 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience (distribution, logistics, or manufacturing preferred)
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Experience with HRIS systems (ADP TotalSource, SAP preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
