HR Manager

Position Summary Provides operational and consultative support to hospital management at all levels on a daily basis. Responsible for overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the hospital’s human resources policies, programs, and practices including recruitment, retention, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and safety and health. Develops human resources policies and procedures. Directs implementation of human resources policies, programs, and procedures. Advises management and employees on questions or problems relating to human resources. Pay Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications. Minimum Qualifications Previous Human Resources management experience Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, time‑management and prioritization skills. Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems. Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
