This position is remote.

As a recruiter you will be responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process which includes sourcing, interviewing, screening, recruiting, and recommending placement of candidates by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external). This is a full-time position where you will be expected to work up to 50 hours per week, Monday through Friday and weekends as needed.

Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs.

Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments, and reference/background checking.

Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates within the assigned positions.

Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, social media, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.

Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring managers, transfer offer letters, etc.

Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.

Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations.

Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.

A self-starter who works without supervision.

A project management expert.

A people person with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Hotel work experience preferred- AGM, Sales, or GM positions in Select Service or Extended Stay branded hotels.

Ability to travel (including overnight) occasionally for job fairs, meetings, and training.
