Human Resources Generalist - Payroll/Recruitment (Full Time)

Enter new hires; Review applications/resumes; Advise managers, supervisors, and employees on human resource policies.

• Assist departments with personnel/payroll related inquiries; advise and assist on current departmental HR procedures related to employee records; Prepare, maintain, or monitor various personnel and risk management programs/files.
• Perform a variety of responsible office support work such as composing confidential correspondence and resolutions, preparation of spreadsheets and data entry.
• Interprets applies and explains Company policies, and state and federal laws and regulations.
• Onboarding process with R1 BambooHR software.
• Routinary visits to Accounts in Texas, Louisiana, and Alabama.
• Conduct weekly HR conference meetings with managers.
• Prior recruiting experience with a proven track record of sourcing talent preferred.
• Experience with scheduling and basic event planning/execution
• Bilingual is a plus but not required (English/Spanish)
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office programs
• 2+ years of human resources or administrative support experience is ideal, but we can teach an individual who is eager to learn – “Never stop learning and growing” is a core value

Desire to learn and grow within the HR and Recruitment-related fields.

• Creative writing skills is a plus but is not required!
• Knowledge of recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, indeed, Zip Recruiter, etc.
• Understanding of how to write and edit job descriptions.

Monday to Friday with some weekends during new account startups
• Day shift with some 2nd and 3rd shift during plant visits.
