Flexible Attorney-at-Law

We are seeking an experienced Attorney with 5+ years of legal experience to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing case strategies, negotiating with insurance carriers, and managing cases through pre-litigation and/or litigation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective case strategies.

Negotiate claims and settlements with insurance carriers.

Communicate directly with clients and provide regular case updates.

Review and analyze medical records and other case documentation.

Manage the settlement and lien resolution process.

Oversee and collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants.

Manage cases efficiently from initial evaluation through resolution.

Requirements

Active Missouri and/or Kansas Bar license ; admission to both states is preferred.

5+ years of legal experience , preferably in personal injury law.

Demonstrated experience handling claims through pre-litigation and/or litigation.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and case-management skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated, proactive, and client-focused approach.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
