Head of Recruiting & HR

We're a growing hospitality group currently operating three restaurants (Roscioli NYC, Tokyo Record Bar, Pearl Box), with a fourth opening soon. We're looking for a hands-on HR Manager to own the people function across our venues including building the systems and standards that let our teams do their best work.
Own HR compliance, including labor law, wage-and-hour, and workplace policy across multiple entities
Manage the full employee lifecycle across all venues: recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
Administer payroll coordination, benefits enrollment, and PTO tracking
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations
Partner with venue managers on staffing plans, scheduling standards, and performance management
Develop and maintain consistent HR policies, handbooks, and training across locations
3+ years of HR experience, ideally in hospitality, retail, or another multi-location, hourly-workforce environment
- Experience with payroll
- Highly organized, able to juggle competing priorities across multiple sites
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
