As an LPN, you'll help residents stay safe, healthy, and comfortable.
Provide daily nursing care to residents
Watch for changes in resident health and report concerns
Assist with care plans and resident services
Communicate with families, physicians, and other healthcare team members
Keep accurate resident records and documentation
Follow safety policies and healthcare standards
Work closely with caregivers and nursing staff
Active Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred
You'll enjoy free meals during your shift.
You'll build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
