JOB REQUIREMENTS
Board: Board Certified OBGYN (BC) highly preferred; Board Eligible (BE) accepted if on staff at another Joint Commission hospital without monitoring.
Licenses: Active California License (CA) required
DEA: Active DEA Certification required
Certifications: BLS, NRP/PALS required during credentialing
AOther Qualifications: Clean malpractice/background, Local provider preferred, Availability for specified dates
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide 24-hour call coverage for OB and GYN emergency department.
Perform vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
Perform gynecological surgeries.
Manage OB/GYN emergencies.
Respond within 20 minutes when on call.
