Office ReceptionistAn accomplished and growing law firm in Century City is seeking a qualified Office Receptionist to join their litigation team. This firm prides itself on an office culture that promotes teamwork, passion and a fast-paced environment.Requirements:Excellent verbal communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Must have prior reception/phone experience.Spanish speaking is preferred.Responsibilities:Greets clients, visitors, and guests; escorts them to the appropriate location.Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.Performs basic filing and record keeping.
