Key Responsibilities for the Director of HR:

Qualifications for the Director of HR:
Currently serving as an HR Manager or equivalent HR leader with 3+ years of direct people management experience.
Strong HR generalist background with demonstrated ownership of HRIS/HR technology platforms and HR operations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
