Responsibilities of the Role
- Coordinate the new hire onboarding process, including preparing paperwork, collecting required documentation, and ensuring a smooth first-day experience.
- Manage new hire data entry and employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate background checks, employment verifications, benefits enrollment, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure new hires complete all required onboarding steps and training.
- Serve as a point of contact for new employees throughout the onboarding process, answering questions and assisting with HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidential employee files and ensure onboarding documentation is completed in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Preferred Skillsets
- Have worked in an HR role previously
- Worked with ADP is a plus
- Can work collaboratively
- Willingness to learn
Salary: 60,000 65,000
