Conduct routine and sophisticated clinical lab testsincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologyfollowing established protocols.
Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
Meticulously document all procedures, mentor new staff members or students, and ensure adherence to high-quality lab standards.
Uphold a clean, safe working environment and comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Obtained a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or a related allied health field, along with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within one year of hire.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for efficient teamwork within healthcare settings.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in quality assurance and documentation processes.
