Established manufacturing and distribution company is seeking a hands‑on Director of Finance to lead accounting, financial reporting, treasury, inventory accounting, cost accounting, credit, and banking functions for a growing multi‑entity organization.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience

Strong manufacturing and inventory accounting experience required

Background in cost accounting, treasury, banking relationships, and working capital management

Proven experience leading and developing accounting teams (10+)

CPA and/or MBA preferred

Manage a team of 20+ accounting professionals

Stable, growing company with international operations

Compensation: $190K-$240K base + 10‑20% bonus
