This is an opportunity to work directly with privately held businesses, mentor developing professionals, collaborate with experienced tax leaders, and expand into planning and advisory work that creates real value for clients.

Lead increasingly complex tax engagements.

Mentor and develop Tax Staff and Interns.

Expand beyond compliance into planning and advisory services.

Develop the skills needed to advance into Tax Manager.

Lead complex corporate, partnership, trust, and individual tax engagements.

Research challenging tax issues and recommend practical solutions.

Coach and review the work of developing tax professionals.

Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and thoughtful planning.

Improve engagement quality, efficiency, and profitability by embracing technology and continuous improvement.

CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification (minimum two exam sections completed).

Approximately 2–4 years of public accounting tax experience.

Experience with corporate, partnership, trust, and individual income tax returns.

Target Base Salary: $95-108k commensurate with experience and credentials.
