Salary: $120,000 - $220,000 + Bonus Potential

A highly respected, forward-thinking family law practice is seeking a Washington-licensed Family Law Attorney (3+ years' experience) to join its growing, fully remote team. What You'll Do

Manage a family law caseload from intake through resolution

Provide strategic, thoughtful legal counsel to clients

Represent clients in court, mediation, and negotiations

Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

Collaborate with a team committed to high-quality, compassionate outcomes

What You Bring

Active Washington State Bar license (required)

3+ years of family law experience

Strong legal writing, analytical, and case management skills

Experience or interest in litigation, mediation, or collaborative law

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Reliable availability for in-person court appearances and proceedings as needed

Familiarity with King, Snohomish, or Pierce County courts (or ability to quickly learn)

Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and attention to detail

Salary range: $120,000 - $220,000(commensurate with experience)
