As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under the direction of the Director of Nursing and in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.

This position requires travel throughout Wayne and Monroe Counties and offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering high-quality, personalized care.

Skilled Nursing Care

Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.

Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders.

Perform wound care and dressing changes.

Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.

Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience.

Reliable transportation with current auto insurance.

Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent patient care.

Home Health experience.

IV therapy and infusion experience.

Wound care experience.

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience.

Flexible PRN scheduling based on your availability.

Weekends

Holiday coverage

Routine skilled nursing visits

Delivering exceptional, patient-centered clinical care.

Building trusting relationships with patients and families.

Collaborating effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
