UP on the Roof is looking for qualified cocktail servers to join our team! Cocktail servers take and serve beverage and food orders to guests. They act as cocktail and food offering tour guides, educating guests about the bar's inventory of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, assisting them with their needs, and making recommendations based on guest's preferences.
Cocktail Server Job Responsibilities and Duties
Coordinates with bar staff to ensure the availability of all beverages
Assists in maintaining the cleanliness of the cocktail bar and other work areas
Maintains compliance with applicable health code, dress code, and other serving standards
Must be able to lift, handle and carry trays, smallwares and equipment weighing up to
frequent basis to obtain and store food, beverage items, smallwares and service equipment.
