What you'll be doing:

Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, reporting, and close processes

Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP

Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support leadership decisions

Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

What you bring:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)

7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards

Proven ability to manage processes, people, and deadlines in a dynamic environment
