Head of Engineering & Projects

We are seeking a high-caliber Outdoor Recreation Project Manager to serve as a cornerstone of our Dallas office. This isn't just a management role; it is a platform for a visionary leader to define the future of the Texas landscape.

The ideal candidate is a blend of technical strategist and relationship builder-someone who possesses the "design-eye" to create sustainable outdoor spaces and the "business-mind" to expand our footprint in a competitive market. Lead & Design: Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of high-profile parks and trails projects, from initial scope and budgeting to final construction.

Advise & Collaborate: Act as the primary liaison for clients, contractors, and government officials, ensuring seamless project delivery.

Mastermind project design elements, including site layouts, grading, stormwater management, and utilities.

Identify new business opportunities and mentor junior staff to maintain our high standard of quality control and innovation.

A Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering with an active L.Experience: At least 3+ years in land/site development (site planning, drainage, and entitlements). Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.

A valid driver's license and the flexibility for occasional overnight travel.

Experience with government agencies, community associations, and a working knowledge of grant funding sources.
