Become an integral part of our Pre-Construction processes, helping to shape successful projects from the ground up. To thrive as an Estimator with Marous Brothers Construction, you'll need a strong foundation in Construction Estimating, backed by a minimum of three years of experience. An excellent grasp of financial practices and accounting policies is essential, as is proficiency with computer-based programs that streamline the estimating process. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will enable you to analyze drawings and specifications effectively while collaborating with vendors and subcontractors. Familiarity with software such as Sage and On-Screen Takeoff, or similar programs, will enhance your performance in preparing accurate quantity take-offs and bid breakdowns. By harnessing these skills, you'll contribute significantly to our innovative approach in Construction Management and help us build a legacy of excellence.

As an Estimator at Marous Brothers Construction, you will play a pivotal role in our pre-construction phase by thoroughly analyzing drawings and specifications to develop accurate bids. you'll coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to gather competitive pricing, while preparing detailed quantity take-offs, bid breakdowns, and proposal documents. Your expertise will shine as you finalize the Bid Book, providing essential support for a seamless hand-off to our Project Managers. Additionally, you will assist with contract reviews and deliver ongoing project support, ensuring that our construction management processes remain efficient and effective.
