Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Family Law Attorney to join their growing team in Boise, Idaho. This role offers the opportunity to manage a steady, high-quality caseload while working in a supportive, collaborative environment that prioritizes both professional excellence and work-life balance.

No nights or weekends

Starting at $175,000 annually (based on percentage of collections after first 3 months)

Bonus Structure: 55% payout on collections exceeding $750,000/year

10% origination bonus on all collected cases

$50 bonus for every 5-star Google review

Collections Rate: Firm average of 99%

Requirements Must-Have Qualifications:Active Idaho Bar license in good standing (or ability to obtain)Minimum 2+ years of divorce and family law experienceExperience with:Divorce decree modificationsAlimony and custody mattersMotions to enforceRelocation casesStrong courtroom experience (trials, mediations, negotiations)Excellent legal writing, oral advocacy, and time management skillsHigh emotional intelligence and professionalism under pressureProficiency with Clio, Slack, Apple, and Google SuiteCollaborative mindset and adaptability
