Human Resources Rep - Recruitment

Provide daily support to the Human Resources team by processing data for employee transactions including new hires, change of status, terminations, etc. within the PeopleSoft HRIS.
Maintaining employee files and records in compliance with internal record retention policy and external government contractor requirements
Dispatch new hire documents to candidates upon approval
Provide general administrative support to HR Operations team as needed
Strong computer literacy and experience with an HRIS system like PeopleSoft
~Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, with experience using spreadsheet applications (Excel) required
