Recruiter - TEMPORARY POSITION

Craft and Technical Solutions is an established Marine and Industrial Staffing Company with offices nationwide. We are seeking a Recruiter in San Diego, CA, with a deep understanding of the maritime industry.

Description

Source and recruit candidates using our applicant tracking systems, social media, job boards, and job fairs.

Process all recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner.

Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Inform candidates of details such as duties and responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or advancement opportunities.

Screen candidates to ensure high-quality submittals.

Maintain good notes of conversations with candidates.

Assess applicant knowledge and skills.

Attend regularly scheduled conference calls.

Meet weekly recruiter metrics.

Present a good representation of self to candidates and customers.

Requirements

3 years of maritime or industrial recruiting experience required.

Must be highly organized, reliable, motivated, and a team player.

Proficient with MS office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Must be able to be productive while working independently and as part of a group.

Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Experience in a cold-calling environment preferred.

Ability to speak English and Spanish preferred.

Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
